Overdeliver the expectations

If you want to generate positive word of mouth you need to overdeliver the expectations.  Get a new job?  Overdeliver.  Sign a new client?  Overdeliver.  Giving a presentation?  Overdeliver.  By charging less money, using less time, providing more value, or offering better customer service you build trust.  And trust builds lasting relationships.
