Creating a culture

You win with people.  Invest in their growth and give them the freedom to push the limits.  It may not always work and mistakes will be made, but creating a culture of winning is never easy.  In Basketball they preach about the “next possession.”  Don’t be afraid to make this pass or don’t be afraid to take this shot, just be prepared to follow up on the next possession.  Keep the faith and before long…
